STRUCTOGRAM® Trainer Benefits

As a licensed STRUCTOGRAM® trainer you will enjoy:

Qualifications for application to become a licensed trainer:

  • At least 21 years old.
  • Free-lance or in-house corporate trainer with at least two years of personal and successful experience in a training environment.
  • Successful attendance at the Structogram Workshops 1 and 2.

License Training includes:
Attending the 3-day Structogram 1 & 2 Trainer’s course for qualified trainers (“Train the Trainer“)

  • All the training exercises will be taught in detail with hands-on, in-class practice sessions.
  • You will learn how to successfully use the Trainer’s Guide to fulfill the variety of tasks and requests coming from your own trainees.
  • Thanks to video and other feedback systems, you will personally test your own learning results.
  • You will then receive a Structogram 1& 2 License.
  • Then you will be authorized to work as a world-wide Structogram 1& 2 Trainer.

Workshop outcome:

  • You will learn the basic method of self-analysis and analysis of others.
  • Through the self-analysis instruction, you will build your personal Structogram (self-knowledge).
  • Through understanding your personal results you will recognize your particular strengths and weaknesses.
  • You will learn how to understand others.
  • You will learn how to recognize and understand many differences in human behavior.
  • You will be able to communicate with a larger public more quickly and successfully.
