Leadership success has 3 causes and therefore also
3 assumptions
1
Harmony between personality and leadership method
The assumption is self-knowledge. Only when you know your own strengths, weakness and limits, will you be able to consciously choose the suitable leadership methods and techniques.
2
Suiting the employee’s characteristic features
In this case the assumption is understanding others. The ‘automatic’ consequence of self-knowledge and understanding others is the optimization of the social competence.
3
Specific knowledge of the project
The assumption in this case is knowledge of the project (knowledge of the task) that puts the requirements of the task in touch with the individual motives and needs of an employee.

The Structogram instrument is very effective in helping establish trusted relationships at all organizational levels. I learned techniques to successfully persuade and "sell" to my cross-functional teams various IT projects and capital justification. Time well spent!
